  • First Coast YMCAs offer childcare: Although First Coast YMCAs were forced to close, they are now offering childcare services for healthcare workers, first responders and other personnel who are still needed at work so that they can help those in need. Currently, there are 2 in Duval County, 3 in Clay County and 1 in St. Johns County, offering childcare for ages 5 through 12. Costs apply, but financial assistance is also available.   • Headspace offers free access until the end of 2020: Headspace is offering free access to Headspace Plus for all US healthcare professionals working in public health settings and all NHS healthcare professionals. It includes meditations, sleep, and movement exercises to help you out, however you’re feeling.
  • McDonalds: FREE Thank You Meal until May 6th: For breakfast, there’s a choice of an Egg McMuffin, Chicken McGriddles or a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, which come with any size soft drink, tea or hot coffee and a Hash Brown.
