Jantzen S. Fowler, MD
Dr. Jantzen S. Fowler is an Internal Medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and did his residency at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Montgomery.
Dr. Fowler is board eligible in Internal Medicine. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 101st Airborne Division. Dr. Fowler has deep roots in our area, going back to his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
