Yes, caregivers can be granted shared access to the patient portals. Please download the Proxy Access form found below and submit it to [email protected].

Patient Portal Proxy Access Form

Patients cannot pay their bills in the portal, however, there will be a link to an online bill pay page available on the Brook Rehabilitation website.
