Summer VolunTeen Program

Volunteer Services is now accepting applications for the summer 2025 VolunTeen Program at Brooks. The annual program takes place June 16-July 25, 2025, and is an opportunity for area teens to gain exposure to a non-profit medical and business environment.

Eligibility criteria

Eligible teens must be entering the 9th grade through the 12th grade. We are looking for responsible and independent individuals who will take on the application, interview and communication processes to gain experience in the workforce. Teens will be expected to be the point of contact for all communications via a valid email and phone. We look forward to another great program.

Schedule

Volunteers are required to be present for a minimum of 5 weeks. The program runs for 6 weeks, June 16 - July 25, 2025. Hours may vary depending on role assigned.

Interview Process

Potential volunteers will need to attend an interview with the Volunteer Services team. Information from the interviews will assist the team in placing candidates in positions. Interviews will be conducted mid March.

Orientation

Candidates accepted to the program will be required to attend a volunteer orientation on Friday, June 13, 2025.
