Yes, caregivers can be granted shared access to the patient portals. Please download the Proxy Access form found below and submit it to [email protected].

Patient Portal Proxy Access Form

Patients cannot pay their bills in the portal. However, there will be a link to an online bill pay page available on the Brooks website in the portal. Or you can pay your bill online here.
