We have specialized medical directors who oversee our traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and medically complex โ€“including orthopedic and amputee rehabilitation โ€“ programs. Brooksโ€™ continuum of care provides highly knowledgeable clinicians and care staff at each setting, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Dedicated admissions staff

Through a dedicated admissions and case management team, as well as a care coordinator, we are able to tailor a range of services unique to the needs of the injured worker.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

24/7 rehabilitation hospital care with medical staff oversight. Provides 3 hours of therapy 5 days per week, tailored to the patientโ€™s ability.

Transitional care

When inpatient hospital care is no longer needed, we can continue to support injured workers with intensive rehabilitation through the Brooks Transitional Care Program.

Brooks has more than 20 physiatrists, board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, plus, an optometrist specializing in low vision, physician assistants and advanced nurse practitioners to care for patients in all settings.
