Eileen Daugherty, MHA, MS

Research Coordinator & Data Analyst

Eileen has a background in nutritional science where she received a Master’s of Science from Northeastern University (NEU) in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Delaware (UD) in Applied Nutrition. For several years, she worked as a Public Health Nutrition Educator focusing on public health research, community nutrition, and program implementation. From these experiences, she was encouraged to further herself into healthcare and therefore, pursued a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida (UNF). During this time, she focused on quality data analytics, provider relations, and organizational management where she graduated at the top of her class. While attending graduate schools, she received numerous academic scholarships, granted the Healthcare Administration Leadership Institute (HALI) award, volunteered for several local health care organizations, and held board positions for Brooks College of Health at UNF.

Inspired by her experiences in research, healthcare, and project management, Eileen started with BRCRC in 2019 as a Clinical Research Assistant. She has since managed several research recruitment and data analytic projects and was promoted to Research Coordinator and Data Analyst in 2020. Her primary research interests are qualitative data analysis, research recruitment analysis, program implementation, and applied statistics to improve health outcomes. She is actively involved in the American College for Healthcare Executives and Association of Clinical Research Professions.
