Home health FAQs

Home Health provides medically necessary skilled care in the home. These services require a physician’s order and are intended for individuals who cannot easily leave their home to receive the care they need. Licensed practitioners deliver all services and can include things like: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy or social services.

These services promote, maintain, and/or restore health and minimize the effects of illness and disability.

Services are covered by most Medicare plans, Tricare, VA and commercial insurance to qualified recipients. The services can also be paid privately. Find a list of our accepted insurances here.

Yes. Your physician will prescribe home health services and partner with us to ensure you are receiving the level of care that you need to recover.
