Optometrist, Vision Rehabilitation Services
Dr. Kasper is a consultative optometrist, practicing at our Jacksonville inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and Brooks Medical Group.
Dr. Kasper earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Kasper has experience in both medical and rehabilitation optometry and has experience in private practice, refractive surgery and vision rehabilitation. She has worked in inpatient vision rehabilitation services in Denver, Colorado for the past 11 years.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Kasper is has participated in international medical missions to Bolivia, Honduras and India, and has volunteered regionally with organizations such as Denver’s Rescue Mission and the Blind Institute of Technology. She is also an active member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association.
