Medical Director of the Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation

Dr. Lopez joined Brooks from Houston, where he completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He received his medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. In addition, Dr. Lopez received the “Top of the Class Award” from San Juan Bautista and the Professionalism Award at Baylor College of Medicine during his PM&R Residency.

Dr. Lopez belongs to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Association as well as the Medical Association of Puerto Rico. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Lopez serves as the Medical Director of the Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation.
