Memory Care

A Memory Care facility is a secure community with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Nurses that have additional training to care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. In memory care, every activity, meal, and care plan is designed specifically around that individual's needs with special emphasis on their cognitive level. Dementia affects each individual in different ways therefore staff continue to adjust and guide them and with them through the disease process while continuing to treat them with respect and compassion.
