The new Osceola Crossings location of Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Services is located by BJs Warehouse in the Osceola Crossing Shopping Center off Osceola Parkway.

Our new location provides comprehensive services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to meet your rehabilitation needs. Additional programs include adult pelvic health, pregnancy, post-partum, orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation.
