Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Engagement Coordinator

Nichole Miller, DNP, APRN, PCNS-BC, is a pediatric clinical nurse specialist and nursing engagement coordinator at Brooks Rehabilitation. She has more than a decade of experience in rehabilitation nursing, pediatrics, public health and nursing leadership. Her work focuses on connecting clinical practice, quality improvement and research in practical, nurse-driven ways grounded in frontline care.

Miller joined the Center for Outcomes, Analytics, and Research (COAR) team in 2026, focusing on integrating nurses into rehabilitation research and supporting nurse-led inquiry. She is particularly interested in helping nurses translate clinical questions into meaningful research and quality initiatives and in strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration across rehabilitation settings.
