Our St. Johns Outpatient Clinic has moved!

The new St. Johns location of Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Services is located just east of St. Johns Parkway at the Forum. Our new location provides comprehensive services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for children and physical therapy for adults.

Additional programs include adult pelvic health, pregnancy, post-partum, orthopedic, balance and geriatric rehabilitation. For our pediatric patients, our team of dedicated pediatric therapists provide intervention for general delays, feeding, sensory processing, handwriting, motor coordination, concussion rehabilitation, balance, mobility, post-surgical, self-regulation, play, and social/emotional skills.
