Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation – Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation, located within Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach, is pleased to announce its expansion, adding 12 more private beds to its state-of-the-art, 40-bed unit. The inpatient center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for stroke, brain injury, cancer and comprehensive patients. Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation is one of only three facilities in the state of Florida with a CARF-accredited cancer program.
โWhen we opened the Center with Halifax Health in September 2013, we knew there was a need for the highest quality, comprehensive rehabilitation program for individuals in central Florida after a traumatic illness or injury,โ said Vice President of Operations, Jeremy Montz. โWe are honored that so many patients have chosen us for their rehabilitation needs and are thankful we will be able to help even more patients reach their highest level of recovery possible.โ
