Taylor Becht serves as administrator for University Crossing, bringing extensive experience in skilled nursing leadership and facility operations as a licensed nursing home administrator. Becht holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Miami Business School and a Bachelor of Science in business economics from Indiana University South Bend. Throughout his career, he has managed large interdisciplinary teams, overseen regulatory compliance and implemented quality improvement initiatives that have led to significant gains in resident satisfaction and facility performance. Outside of work, Becht enjoys volunteering and is dedicated to ongoing professional development within the health care field.
