Holly Carstens, COTA/L, CBIS

Clinical Research Coordinator

In 2001, Holly Carstens received her Associate of Science in occupational therapy from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  She later received her Bachelor of Science in healthcare management from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colo., in 2011.  

Carstens has over 22 years experience working in inpatient, ICU, skilled nursing and long-term acute care settings in both clinical and management positions. She joined the Brooks Rehabilitation Brain Injury Clubhouse in 2020 and the Brooks Clinical Research’s Neuromuscular Research Program as a clinical research coordinator in 2023. As a clinical research coordinator, she is responsible for a variety of activities involved in the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of clinical research data for assigned protocols. Carstens also assists in ensuring accuracy of reporting and tracking information maintained for assigned studies.
