The Brooks IHL currently offers a Neurologic Occupational Therapy Fellowship, an Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship, and seven Physical Therapy Residencies โ€“ Geriatric, two Neurologic (Jacksonville and Daytona), Orthopaedic, Pediatric, Sports and Womenโ€™s Health. Through mentoring, didactic classwork, psychomotor training and other unique learning experiences, our programs advance therapists in the areas of clinical competence, scholarship, education, professionalism and practice management.

โ€œThe Brooks IHL Residency and Fellowship Program has been recognized since its inception, over 15 years ago, as one of the most innovative programs that continuously provides excellence within every one of its specialties. The synergy that exists between the nine residency and fellowship programs as well as the other components of the IHL is one its greatest strengths and is the basis for why it is viewed by most experts within the industry as one of the best programs in the country,โ€ says Bob Rowe, PT, DPT, DMT, MHS, FAAOMPT, Executive Director of the IHL.

At the beginning of July, the incoming IHL 2022-2023 residency and fellowship cohort began their programs. These 32 physical and occupational therapists will advance their ability to serve as clinical leaders in multiple care settings, as well as assist them in preparing for their board certification exams.
Applications for the 2023-2024 residency and fellowship cohort open in October. To apply or to learn more about our residency and fellowship programs, please visit BrooksIHL.org.
