Below is an update on Brooks Rehabilitation closures as of 9 a.m. Friday, September 30. Please check back here for updates.

Inpatient Care Settings:

Our Jacksonville inpatient settings are business as usual on Friday.

Our Halifax CIR team should continue to follow Halifax protocols.

Home Health:

Our Daytona, St. Augustine and Fernandina offices will continue working remotely on Friday. All other locations are business as usual on Friday.

Outpatient:

The following outpatient clinics will remain closed on Friday:

• Osceola
• Daytona
• Pediatrics Daytona
• Deltona
• Port Orange
• West Volusia
• Ormond Beach
• Palm Coast
• St. Augustine
• Pediatrics St. Augustine
• Healthy Living Center
• Nocatee clinic (will open at noon)

All other locations are business as usual.

Community Programs:

All community programs will be closed on Friday.

Neuro Recovery Centers:

The outpatient program will return to normal operations on Friday. The community portion is closed.

Corporate and non-clinical:

We will be operating as normal on Friday.
