Brooks Rehabilitation’s Kathy Barbour, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, was honored on Feb. 1 as one of eight 2023 Women with Heart Honorees during a ceremony at Florida Blue Conference Center. Women with Heart, brought to the community by Volunteers in Medicine, honors Northeast Florida’s most philanthropic women for their dedication and service to our community.

At any given time, you will find the honorees serving the community in a variety of ways. Whether it’s leading efforts for real change or providing financial support for the development and implementation of vital health and social service programs, their advocacy, volunteerism and commitment to the health of our community sets the bar for others to exceed.
