Medical Equipment Loan Closet
Through a partnership with Brooks Rehabilitation and CIL Jacksonville, durable medical equipment can be provided for free on a temporary loan basis for patients and community members in need.
Who does TLC support?
The Brooks Temporary Loan Closet (TLC) supports residents in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. Both short-term and long-term loans are available.
Equipment available
The TLC provides a selection of:
- Wheelchairs (manual and electric)
- Walkers
- Canes
- Crutches
- Shower equipment and more
Request equipment
CIL of Jacksonville stores and distributes the equipment for loan. Click on the button below to fill out the medical equipment request form on CIL’s website. The submitter will be contacted within two business days to confirm equipment availability and pick up.
Requests should be submitted by the patient’s medical provider.
