Associate Medical Director, Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program and Brain Injury Day Treatment Program

Rachel Reeves, DO, is the associate medical director of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program and the Brain Injury Day Treatment Program (BIDT). In this role, Dr. Reeves will provide oversight of patient care in the brain injury unit at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital – University Campus and provided physician oversight for patients in the BIDT Program. 

Dr. Reeves received her medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama. She then completed physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Corewell Health East in Taylor, Michigan, where she served as chief resident. After her residency, Dr. Reeves completed a fellowship in brain injury rehabilitation medicine at TIRR Memorial Hermann in Houston, Texas.  

In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, baking and watching movies and documentaries.
