Dr. Trevor Persaud, DO, assists Dr. Kenneth Ngo, MD, in the Brain Injury Program at Brooks. He is focused on the expansion of outpatient physiatry services for brain injury patients in addition to assisting in the oversight of patient care in the brain injury unit at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital โ€“ University Campus.

Dr. Persaud received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine–Georgia Campus, Suwanee, Georgia. He then completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, where he served as chief resident and received “Resident of the Year.” After his residency, Persaud completed a fellowship in Brain Injury Rehabilitation Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Outside of medicine, Persaud enjoys traveling and visiting national parks, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
