Angela Colaiezzi, PsyD, Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Angela Eva Colaiezzi is the lead clinical neuropsychologist at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital – University Campus. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) with an advanced proficiency certificate in neuropsychological assessment from the APA-accredited Immaculata University in Immaculata, Pa.
Colaiezzi completed her APA-accredited residency in clinical neuropsychology and rehabilitation at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and her two-year postdoctoral APPCN fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. In 2015, she joined the Inpatient Psychology Department at Brooks as a staff neuropsychologist in the brain injury unit. In this capacity, she focuses on patients with profound brain injuries, including the Disorders of Consciousness Program. Colaiezzi also provides assessments and interventions for pediatric patients in the Brooks Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Program.
In addition, Colaiezzi collaborates with the worker’s compensation team at Brooks, offering expertise on inpatient neuropsychological evaluations. She also provides clinical training and onboarding oversight to all new neuropsychologists and patient family counselors.
Since 2016, Colaiezzi has served as a part-time professor in the psychology department at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla., teaching psychological testing.
