Dr. Colaiezzi received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) with an advanced proficiency certificate in Neuropsychological Assessment from Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA. She completed her APA accredited pre-doctoral internship in Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, NY and her 2-year post-doctoral APPCN residency fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA.

She joined Brooks Rehabilitation in 2015 as a staff Neuropsychologist at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital – University Campus. She works with a wide variety of patients; with a focus of interest on those with profound injuries diagnosed with a disorder of consciousness, to those with severe, moderate, or mild traumatic brain injuries. Dr. Colaiezzi collaborates with the worker’s compensation system of care team at BRH, providing expertise on inpatient neuropsychological services. She also serves as an adjunct professor in the psychology department at the University of North Florida.
