Trevor Paris, MD, FAAPM&R
System Chief Medical Officer
Trevor Paris, MD, FAAPM&R, has served in various Medical Director roles while at Brooks, most recently as System Chief Medical Officer. In his current role, Dr. Paris oversees the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group, Brooks Clinical Research Center and System Quality and Safety Program. Under his leadership, the physician practice has grown from its original 3 members to the current 21 and serves the PMR needs of the system’s patients.
He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and specializes in the rehabilitation management of patients with stroke and cardiac conditions. He has research interests in rehabilitation methods to promote stroke recovery and improve care transitions.
Dr. Paris received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University Medical Center, located in Southern California.
