Our Nocatee Outpatient Clinic has moved!

Our new Nocatee clinic will open on Monday, November 2, 2020. The new clinic is located within the Health Place building alongside the YMCA and Baptist Primary. The building is viewable from Nocatee Parkway, and accessible off of Preservation Trail across from Palm Valley Rd.
Our new location provides more square footage and state of the art equipment. Our therapists specialize in physical therapy from adolescence through geriatrics.
