Pierre Galea, MD

Medical Director, Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital — Bartram Campus

Dr. Galea completed his BS in electrical/computer engineering at the University of Malta and then went on to obtain a M.S. in Information, Networks and Computer Security at the New York Institute of Technology and ultimately obtained a MD degree from the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Alabama where he served as the Chief Resident.

Dr. Galea serves as the Medical Director at the Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital – Bartram Campus. His primary clinical focus is with the transplant, and cancer patient population. He also sees outpatients at the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group (BMG) clinic at the Healthcare Plaza.
