Raine Osborne, PT, DPT, EdD, FAAOMPT

Director of Research

Dr. Osborne is a physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has practiced at Brooks since 2007 including roles in clinical practice, education, and research. In addition to his role as the Director of Research, Dr. Osborne is on faculty in the Brooks Institute of Higher Education Residency and Fellowship Program and the University of North Florida Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida and has a primary research interest in the area of post-professional education and professional development.
