Jason Beneciuk, PT, DPT, PhD, MPH

Director of Musculoskeletal Research

Dr. Beneciuk is director of musculoskeletal research at Brooks Rehabilitation and a clinical research scientist with musculoskeletal concentration in the Brooks/UF-PHHP Research Collaboration which is a partnership between Brooks Rehabilitation and the College of Public Health & Health Professions at the University of Florida. In addition to his clinical research roles at Brooks, he is also an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida where he teaches evidence-based practice in the entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He has been supported by the National Institutes of Health K12 Rehabilitation Research Career Development Program, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, the Center on Health Services Training and Research and the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research. Dr. Beneciuk currently serves as an Editorial Board member for Physical Therapy and International Editorial Review Board member for the Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy.
