Tennis Elbow / Golfer’s Elbow

Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow are the generic name for pain along the outside and the inside of the elbow, respectively.

This can occur both to athletes and non-athletes, but is often associated with a repetitive motion. This can cause pain, swelling, and inflammation in the elbow joint, with pain with movement. Rehabilitation to address these conditions will include manual therapy, stretching, and progressive loading of the muscles and tendons causing the pain in order to strengthen the muscles and allow a return to function.
