Welcome to AOTA!

We are excited to meet you this week in Kansas City!

Brooks Rehabilitation is the leader in providing world class rehabilitation solutions. Our highly trained clinicians provide the most advanced therapy and medical care, along with compassion, motivation and hope to help people reach their highest level or recovery.

Brooks also is a leader in providing clinical education through our Institute of Higher Learning (IHL). Our goal is to advance providers’ skill in the area of medical rehabilitation. Educational opportunities include continuing education courses, accredited residencies and fellowships, clinical student internships.

Our Neurologic OT Fellowship was the first AOTA accredited program in Florida, we are one of only six in the country. Our program begins in July and is just over a year long. Fellows-in-training rotate through various neurologic care settings within the Brooks Rehabilitation System including Inpatient Brain Injury, Stroke, and Spinal Cord Injury Programs as well as Skilled Nursing settings. Additionally, residents and fellows-in-training from all of the Brooks IHL post-professional programs comprehensively participate in foundational courses, allowing for development of professional relationships with colleagues of various specialty practice areas.

Meet us on the exhibit floor at Booth #826 to speak with past fellows and our Program Coordinator! We can not wait to meet you!
