Home Health provides medically necessary skilled care in the home. These services require a physician’s order and are intended for individuals who cannot easily leave their home to receive the care they need. All services are delivered by licensed practitioners and can include things like: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy or social services. These services promote, maintain, and/or restore health and minimize the effects of illness and disability.
Brooks Custom Care, our private duty division, is designed to meet the needs of you and your family in the home. We provide a range of comprehensive caregiving services in the comfort of your home. Our caregivers are experienced, professional and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our clients. Our custom care services are designed to help individuals that may need assistance with bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning and companionship.
